With humble origins Mr. Sachin Khadse in 2012, envisioned a pioneering real estate construction organization as Associate Engineers and the organization has completed successful operation in the construction industry.

Mr. Sachin Khadse sensed further opportunities in the construction industry and the company’s strategic direction was altered to take advantage of these opportunities Associate Engineers rebranded in December 2017 as Shreyni Constructions LLP. Since its inception in 2012, we have delivered wide range of project include construction of High-rise building, Villas, Apartments, Commercial & Industrial Project with varied operating parameters and requirements of our clients, apart from these we also provide services like Project Management Consultancy, Estimation, Construction & Commissioning.

A young and dynamic personality, Mr. Sachin Khadse serves the organization as its Managing Director. He has been actively involved in the construction management industry for nearly two decades.

Under his able and dynamic leadership the foundations of Shreyni Constructions LLP were laid in order to achieve a PAN India presence and also diversify into sectors like Project management and infrastructure Sector. He is specializes in Business Development, Planning, Delivery and Construction of Industrial & Commercial projects. His detail-oriented approach and his unerring ability to complete projects in time are driving forces behind organization’s success.

He has a leadership acumen that helps to develop the capacity to monitor and modify behaviour to more skilfully and empower others, and more effectively focus the efforts of peers and subordinates on the attainment of organizational goals.

He adds a personal touch to all his interactions with clients and that has become a hallmark of his personality. An organization with a client friendly environment, corporate outline and utmost transparency spread it wings through Western India.

Mr. Samir Lambat: He is a Civil Engineer and Diploma in advertising and public relations from Symbiosis Pune, with backed by over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry and now leads a team of capable builders in constructing and developing high-end architecturally-designed residential properties.

Mr. Samir is well-respected in the construction industry, demonstrated through the strong relationships he has established with architects and with his satisfied clients.

He is a proven leader, having worked and learnt under strong mentors himself, and his success lies in his commitment to taking a ‘hands-on’ management approach. Over the course of his long career in civil and construction industry, he has supervised variety of projects in Residential, Industrial, Commercial and & Infrastructure Management, this allows him to not only guarantee that the highest standard of workmanship and materials is delivered for each project, but also to ensure the best experience for each client through honest and efficient communication and project adaptability.

Mr. Samir takes the time to understand the goals and expectations of each client, and works closely with them in generating solutions that will not only look good, but will be functional and durable.
